Hello Competition Team Families!

The time has come!!! It’s COMPETITION WEEK!

The Fusion dancers have been working so hard, and we can not wait for them to take the stage and show their sheer talent and brilliance this weekend!

Please read all the info below and the schedule that follows!

Competition Name = Revolution Talent Competition
Location = San Diego Convention Center

Please find the exact weekend schedule attached.

All dancers must arrive dressed and ready to perform either when the doors open or 2 hours before their first scheduled routine. If they leave the competition for meals, they also need to return 2 hours before their next scheduled routine. This is to ensure that they are stretched and ready to go, that we can run routines, and that we know where all dancers are if the competition is running ahead of schedule.

Many dance competitions tend to run ahead of schedule! Be prepared for this. If you are not at the competition and the routine is needed onstage, we will have to dance without your dancer!!

We will be assigned a team dressing room at the competition. Once you arrive, please find the room. The rooms should be labeled, and close to the competition.

All communication will be done via TEAM APP! If you haven’t downloaded this yet, please do so! I will also keep everyone up to date on the schedule if needed. If you are not sure how to use team app. Send us a message to test it and make sure yours is working.

Things to remember:
1. Wear your team apparel
2. You are always representing yourself, team, and Fusion Dance. Please be on your best behavior.
3. You must stay until the awards with your team and all sit together on stage during the awards.
4. If you have any questions, please ask myself, Ms. Chrissy or Mr. Anthony.
5. Make sure you have all of your costumes, shoes, under garments, bobby pins, safety pins and accessories when arriving to the convention center.

Finally, please please please please come and watch even when you are not dancing! Like we say, we are a Family and we want to cheer each other on and encourage each other!! This is sure to be an awesome weekend!!!
